In a television interview given on 12.10.2021, attorney Babken Khanzadyan, a managing partner of Khanzadyan Lewandowski and Partners law firm, presented important issues related to the crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border. Pointing out the problems of humanitarian nature affecting foreigners, he emphasized the aspect related to the necessity of conducting a broader information policy regarding the reception by the Republic of Poland of foreigners coming from outside Europe. The Polish authorities are put in a very difficult legal situation, especially when it comes to reconciling the duties related to the safety of the state and citizens, respect for international regulations and the safety of the border crossers themselves.
