When a Ukrainian citizen, Mr. Andrey, came to us with problems related to his stay in Poland, the Law Firm did not remain indifferent and we decided to provide assistance in obtaining a long-term stay of the European Union (residence card).
The proceedings took over two years, during which time we managed to collect the necessary documents to obtain a positive decision. In February 2020, the Head of the Office for Foreigners issued a decision based on which Andrey obtained a long-term residence permit in the European Union.
