The managing partners of the Khanzadyan Lewandowski & Partners Law Firm participated in the 34th Economic Forum in Karpacz.
The Economic Forum in Karpacz is one of the most significant gatherings of political, business, and academic leaders in Central and Eastern Europe. Every year, it brings together thousands of participants to discuss important economic, social, and geopolitical issues.
Advocate Dr. Bartosz Lewandowski had the honor of participating in a panel discussion organized by the Frontline Foundation, dedicated to the report:
“The Limits of Law and the Limits of Citizenship. Deficiencies in Polish Legislation Regarding the Formal Basis for Loss and Deprivation of Citizenship and Recommendations for Amendments.”
Advocate Lewandowski emphasized that amending our Constitution regarding Polish citizenship, which we should respect, is necessary.
The Frontline Foundation is an independent Polish think tank founded to enhance national security and strengthen the country’s strategic resilience against modern geopolitical threats. It unites experts in security, intelligence, law, and international politics, aiming to develop practical legislative and strategic solutions. Its mission is to create a strong, resilient, and empowered Poland.
The report highlights that—unlike many European countries—the Polish legal system still lacks effective tools to strip citizens of citizenship who pose a real threat to national security or obtained citizenship illegally.
