Precedent procedure in Lisov’s case

On Monday, April 1, 2019 the border control officers at Chopin airport in Warsaw, detained a citizen of Russia with three children. On Monday, Denis Lisov during the meeting with his children decided to take away his daughters from a foster family in Sweden to protect them from Swedish social services. Swedish court separated him from his children and his daughters were in a Muslim adoptive family.

After the intervention of the lawyers Bartosz Lewandowski and Babken Khanzadyan the District Court of Warsaw on April 3, 2019, decided their fate.
